Heated Vinyasa Flow | Fyra Yoga
The Heated Vinyasa Flow class at Fyra Yoga uses both the movement of the body and breath practice, to help increase strength and flexibility in addition to developing awareness of your inner self and where your body is in relation to everything around you as well as how it relates to your environment. Students practice yoga in a warm environment, allowing movement to be fluid and continuous and to develop a rhythm of breathing, which results in consistent movement and increased energy.
The heated environment also allows students to stretch their muscles more deeply, move freely through their joints, and detoxify through sweat, making it a safe place to work out. In addition to creative sequencing, the class consists of standing postures that require strength, transition from one posture to another smoothly, and provides students with opportunities to challenge their bodies and minds.
